About Sleep Lock

Built for the moment willpower stops working

Sleep Lock is a local-first iPhone app that shields selected apps during a bedtime schedule, so late-night scrolling has a real stopping point.

Who makes Sleep Lock

Sleep Lock is operated by Modestas Razanauskas in Lithuania. The app and website focus on one primary problem: helping iPhone users stop opening distracting apps when they intended to sleep.

Why it exists

Most sleep advice asks people to use less phone at night. Sleep Lock turns that advice into a practical boundary by letting people choose the exact apps that should be unavailable during their sleep window.

How the guides are made

The Sleep Lock blog uses automation to draft focused guides for recurring iPhone sleep and phone habit questions. The content strategy is intentionally narrow: every guide should help someone understand or fix a bedtime phone problem that Sleep Lock is designed to solve.
